Latest on construction and happenings at The Fields
Progress continues at The Fields at Three Pillars and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome additional residents to our community. Only a handful of residences remain available, so now is the time to reserve your stunning new home and embrace maintenance-free, full-of-fun living in 2026. Here's the latest news!
GARDEN and COURTYARD HOMES:
- Zones 2, 3 and 5 of completed homes (50 total) are occupied with happy new residents.
Zone 6 (12 more homes) will be completed and welcoming move-ins in July 2026.
EAST and WEST LOFT BUILDINGS:
- Construction and finishes in Zone 4 of the Loft apartment homes is on schedule for completion in late 2026. Finishes on floors 2, 3 and 4 are mostly complete in the East Loft.
- First floor amenities such as the Performing Arts Center, Spa, Fitness Center, and more are on schedule.
- Our new restaurant kitchen is on schedule with walk-in freezer and coolers installed, and commercial appliances scheduled for delivery.
- The 1905 Pub is now being worked on along with our new Game Room.
- Now that spring has arrived, we have started the final grading and plant installation.
Reminder: our underpass under Highway 18/Sunset Dr. is open for use by foot, golf cart, or bicycle. Please follow the safety signage and come enjoy this seamless connection point on our campus.

- Choose your desired home from our available active adult living residences.
- Choose between two fee options - higher residency fee with lower month fee or lower residency fee with higher monthly fee.
- Reserve your new home by paying 5% of your chosen residency fee.
- Pay the balance of the residency fee when your new home is move-in ready.
- Move in and start your Three Pillars adventure - first phase opened in 2025!
- 90% of your residency fee is always there for you!
Whatever your future needs, 90% of your residency fee is there for you. If you need a higher level of care and move to assisted living at Compass Point or Riverside Lodge, your money is there for you. And, you have the incredible comfort of knowing you're in the top-rated continuing care community in Wisconsin.
And, if you should ever choose to leave Three Pillars, your 90% residency fee comes back to you in full.
