The Fields At Three Pillars Construction Update - October, 2024
Homes are sprouting out of the ground! Our one-of-a-kind active adult community, The Fields At Three Pillars, enters its seventh month of construction with several structures seemingly sprouting from the fields.
Here's a short recap as we head into October - click below to view a special VIDEO UPDATE!
- Site dewatering is complete, all temporary power and dewatering pumps are being removed
- The Welcome Center window installation is ongoing
- Storm water management ponds have been installed and grass mat has been completed
- Project roads are being graded and rocked first lift of asphalt is scheduled before the plants shut down
- Zone 2 building walls and trusses are being erected
- Zone 3 and Zone 5 footings and foundation walls are being worked on as scheduled
- Zone 4 loft buildings excavation is completed, and sheet pilling has begun
- Zone 6 footings and foundation walls have started
- Legacy building restoration is ongoing
- Lift station wet well installation has been completed
- Maintenance and mini storage site work has begun with an anticipated construction start date of October 7
- River Road curbing has been installed with the first lift of asphalt scheduled for October 8
- Park area underground utilities are ongoing
