Volunteer

Much of Three Pillars' organizational success can be traced to the selfless volunteers – both from the community and campus residents - who generously give their time and talents.

These individuals assist in a number of areas, including greeting visitors, helping in the gardens, working in the gift shop, driving for our residents, and much more. Thousands of hours are given each year to improve residents' lives – adding to the list of the many aspects making Three Pillars such a wonderful place to live.

Current Volunteer Areas of Need

  • Friendly Visits

Play a game, show off your pet, read, share conversation over a meal with our wonderful residents … whatever interests you is appreciated.

  • Shuttle Drivers

Drive residents in a motorized shuttle across our campus so they can visit friends and loved ones. Help riders embark the shuttle, transport them across a paved path on our scenic campus, and enjoy some time reading or exercising between trips. Finally, transport residents back to their drop-off point and assist with exiting the shuttle. Commitment is flexible.

  • Passenger Van Drivers

Drive our 10-passenger van or 14-passenger bus for off-campus outings.

  • Morning Hospitality

Bring your smile to breakfast with our Riverside Lodge Assisted Living residents. Serve drinks and distribute food while providing conversation and kinship.

  • Green Thumb Club

Spring is just around the corner, and it takes many hands to keep our outdoor areas and flowers looking their best. Team up with a resident who loves to garden as part of our Green Thumb Club!
