What are the fees associated with Three Pillars?
Residents pay a one-time, 90% refundable residency fee and begin paying a monthly fee upon moving into the community. The residency fee for independent living entitles the applicant the use, enjoyment and benefits of the common areas, amenities, services and programs.

The residency fee also assures the resident priority access to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation on the campus either on a temporary or long-term basis.

What’s included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee for each Three Pillars residence varies according to the size of the accommodations and services selected. Monthly fees includes items such as:

  • basic cable
  • unsecured wifi
  • water
  • sewer
  • interior/exterior maintenance
  • groundskeeping
  • snow removal
  • trash/recycling removal
  • local scheduled transportation
  • Wellness Connection membership
  • 24-hour emergency/security system
  • access to social/cultural/recreational activities and classes

What kind of parking is available?

Are pets welcome?
We are a pet-friendly community allowing two pets per residence. We do require a non-refundable pet fee per our policy.

May I personalize my residence to my own preferences?

Who owns or manages Three Pillars?
Governed by a Board of Trustees, we are a not-for-profit organization senior living community, grounded in Masonic principles in all we do, for residents and other customers who will live lives of fully achieved personal satisfaction, and whose support is uniquely crafted to maintain the highest level of vibrant health and independence.

What is the Wellness Connection?
The Wellness Connection is a 4,700-square-foot fitness and wellness center offering cardio and specialized HUR circuit equipment. The leading technology HUR equipment is designed for seniors and those engaging in rehabilitation utilizing air pressure instead of weights to ease stress on joints and connective tissue. The center offers an aerobics and dance studio with suspended wood floors and full-length mirrors, plus locker rooms, showers with in-floor heat, and towel service. The wellness connection is included for residents and $25/month for community members.

Is there a waitlist for residency?
There is a waitlist for our existing independent living apartments and Village Homes (duplexes) at Village on the Square. The fully-refundable deposit to join the wait list is $1,000, which is credited in full toward your Residency Fee at the time you select your residence.

How do I become a resident?
Once a residence of your choice becomes available, a deposit equal to 10% of the entrance fee reserves your new home. At that time, you will be asked to provide financial and health related information. Following a residency review, your move-in date can be confirmed. The balance of your entry fee is due upon move-in.

Do residents have a voice at Three Pillars?
Yes. One way to contribute your voice to the community would be to join the Resident Council, whose purpose is to share residents’ interests and concerns with administration. Once a month, residents hold a Village Views meeting in the community room and discuss various items pertaining to life at Village on the Square.
