Join Dr. Michelle Braun, a Yale- and Harvard-trained neuropsychologist, national expert in cognitive health, and author of the bestselling book “High-Octane Brain: 5 Science-Based Steps to Sharpen Your Memory and Reduce Your Risk of Alzheimer’s” to develop a personalized plan to boost your cognitive fitness!

In these engaging classes, you’ll learn strategies to address common “brain blips”—like forgetting why you entered a room or misplacing everyday items— and participate in fun brain games and interactive learning experiences.
