High Octane Brain - Feb 2026 Flyer

Dr. Braun Momentum Meeting— Heart and Brain Harmony

This popular February session explores how heart health, emotional well-being, and memory are deeply connected. Led virtually by Dr. Michelle Braun, nationally recognized brain health expert, neuropsychologist, and High-Octane Brain author, with onsite facilitation by Jen Graf, Senior Director of Cognitive Health.

You will learn about the connection between cardiovascular activity and growth in the region of your brain that is devoted to memory formation (the hippocampus). Through socially based cognitive exercises, you will practice real-world thinking skills in a supportive group setting — helping with everyday challenges like word-finding difficulties and mental “blank moments.” Interactive discussion, open Q&A, and a heart-and brain-healthy seasonal recipe will round out the session. Program outcomes show a 100% rate of improved memory, along with enhanced joy and confidence.
