An Update About Beloved Community Events at Three Pillars 

After gathering feedback from a variety of stakeholders both at Three Pillars and in our wider community, we have decided we will not hold our traditional Halloween Haunted Woods event in October this year and we do not plan to resume this event in the future.

This decision was reached after thoughtful consideration of several factors including COVID-19 considerations and the excitement that lies ahead as our community continues to grow. We’ll always celebrate the special memories and efforts by staff, residents, and volunteers who have made this event possible through the decades. It brought great joy to many and we’re proud of this rich part of our history.
 
What WON'T CHANGE is that we're committed to offering fun, engaging, intergenerational events that connect our residents, employees, and family members with the surrounding community in a meaningful way. So………

We’re excited to start a NEW special event tradition in September 2023 and beyond!

While we will no longer have our Friends & Family Chicken BBQ in August or our Halloween Haunted Woods event in October, it’s time for us to embrace our next chapter, which means a BRAND NEW event in September 2023! It’ll be the weekend after Labor Day in celebration of Grandparent’s Day and will include a great combination of all the fun and meaningful elements we’ve always cherished from both events.

We’ll share the date, time, and details as we get further in the planning process, as well as more info on how YOU can get involved.
