Our annual gala, An Evening of Music and Memories, will be held virtually this year, which means that all of us—along with friends and family who live farther away—can participate from the comfort and safety of home!

Here are some ways you can participate in this year's virtual event -

  • Tune into our Video Broadcast: On Friday, October 30 at 7:00 PM we will present a special broadcast video. We will share stories that highlight why Three Pillars is such an amazing place to live and receive high-quality care, and we will continue to highlight the need for expanded Memory Care services in particular.

  • Browse and Bid on Auction Items: Beginning on October 25, we will have over 50 items up for bid in our online auction, featuring some unique experiences and items. You can also purchase wine through our virtual wine pull. And, you can support items on our Wish List. To be able to bid on and purchase items, click here to register.
     
  • Make a Donation Online: Click here to make a donation now or click "Donate Here!" at the top of page.
     
  • Text-to-Give a Donation: Text the code "threepillars" to 56651. Follow the onscreen prompts to donate with your mobile phone.
     

All funds raised during this event will support our memory care which aims to provide a dementia-friendly community so that our residents remain engaged and connected with the wider Three Pillars community. Not only are we developing enhanced services for Memory Care, but we would like to offer additional education and training for staff, residents, and family members alike.

Item Pick Up Information -

 

All gift certificates and gift cards will be mailed to winners the week of 11/2/2020. If you are a winner of auction items that include physical items, or if you purchased wine, you may do curbside pick-up at the main entrance of Three Pillars’ Village on the Square, 367 State Road 67, Dousman, WI on the following days and times:
 

Saturday, October 31, 10 AM – 2 PM

Monday, November 2, 1 – 4 PM

Tuesday, November 3, 4 – 7 PM

Thursday, November 5, 4 – 7 PM

 

Please stay in your car! Call Terri Isabell at 414.702.7970 when you arrive. A runner will bring your purchase(s) to your car and place them in your vehicle.

 

If you are unable to pick-up on one of these days, please call Terri Isabell to arrange for another pick-up time or alternate solution. In the event you cannot pick up your item(s), we will ship your item(s) to you and charge your credit card for postage/shipment.
