Wish List
Items on our Wish List directly enhance programs and services throughout Three Pillars. Gifts of any amount towards any of our items are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your interest and support.
Picnic Tables ($675 or any amount): We need to replace 25 of our 30+ year-old picnic tables, which are no longer safe and secure for our residents and guests. The new tables are made from a lightweight composite material on a powder-coated steel frame.
Holiday Unit Makeover ($500 per unit): Help decorate our newly renovated Health Care Center neighborhoods (Meadows, Rivers, Woods) with fully decorated trees, porch and living room/fireplace décor, and tabletop centerpieces for the various holidays.
CBRF Model Room Furnishings ($150 - $1,500): One of our top priorities right now is to furnish two “model rooms” in the new Riverside Lodge to showcase for potential residents. We are seeking support from the community to help us equip each room with an electric bed, dresser, nightstand, and a lift chair. One room will be set up for a couple, while the other will be a single.
Adaptive Equipment ($60-$150): This includes hearing amplifiers, wireless Bluetooth headphones and basic headphones, book stands, portable DVD players, and dry erase message boards.
Beauty Salon Services ($Donor Choice): Donations will fund beauty salon services for those with limited financial resources. (A typical haircut is $20.)
Entertainment ($200-$400): This can include sponsoring musicians, comedians, expert speakers, and other forms of entertainment for our residents.
Craft Supplies ($100-$400): We appreciate items such as small canvases, new paints and brushes, and paint pads.
Resident Luncheon Packages ($150 each): Residents can enjoy a special luncheon with food provided by a local restaurant.
It’s Never 2 Late ($450/annual subscription): This 12-month subscription provides video chat capabilities for residents and their care providers and/or family members. It also covers brain games, travel videos, and other educational activities designed to keep older adults mentally engaged.
Yarn: Our resident crafters would be grateful for full skeins of bright colored yarn (knitted worsted 4ply is preferred) to make hats, mittens and scarfs which will then be donated to various local charities. Donations of yarn may be dropped off at any Concierge desk on campus. Gift cards to Hobby Lobby, Jo-Anne Fabrics, or Walmart are also appreciated.
