Life's Just Getting Started

Since 1905, Three Pillars Senior Living Communities has served thousands upon thousands of families and residents.

Our dedication to a storied history of mission-based services exists as strongly today as it did back then. For us, it's always mission first — we measure our success by the satisfaction of our residents, not the size of our bottom line. Three Pillars' proceeds are reinvested into the organization — not distributed to shareholders.

We value our team members as individuals — recognizing the integral role they play in providing residents with a lifestyle they deserve, at an exceptional value, from people they can trust.

As we look to the future, we consistently seek ways to provide our current and future residents with industry-leading, high-quality care, programming, and accommodations.

Yesterday residents participated in an outdoor fitness challenge! Stations included modified hopscotch, band pull aparts, alternating punches, and marching in place. It was so fun to get outside and enjoy the sunshine; walking through the woods never gets old!

Please join us in offering heartfelt thanks and best retirement wishes to Kathy Bernaden, our Vice President of People & Corporate Compliance Officer.

We are incredibly grateful for the 14 years Kathy dedicated to Three Pillars. While her humor and impact will be deeply missed throughout the community, we so appreciate her contributions that have been integral to our mission. We wish her nothing but the best as she ventures into her new chapter of retirement living – where the fish are sure to be biting plentifully! 🎣

Thank you, Kathy, for all your hard work, dedication, and leadership.

On that note, it is with great pleasure that we welcome Lynell Meeth as our next Vice President of People. As Kathy and Lynell currently work together on this transition, we’re excited for the future with Lynell’s value-focused leadership style and strong HR experience. Stay tuned to learn more about Lynell!
