The Novelty Project
Wednesday, September 30 | 2-3pm Holz Pavilion Theater
Doing something new is one of the best ways to support brain health at any age. The Novelty Project is a fun group experience designed to stretch your brain and spark curiosity. Each session introduces something new — a skill, activity, or way of thinking — without pressure, homework, or any need to “get it right.” Think of it as a mystery activity. September’s session is one you won’t want to miss. This is a sit-down activity where nostalgia might be your greatest advantage! If you wear reading glasses bring them along!
