Presented by: HearingLife — Donna Crain, MS HIS

Hearing loss is the third most common physical ailment in the United States, behind heart disease and arthritis. More than 48 million Americans are affected by hearing loss, according to the Hearing Loss Association of America.
Hearing connects us to the world and to one another. When hearing is diminished, we can lose touch with conversations, relationships, and everyday experiences that give life meaning. Unaddressed hearing loss doesn’t just affect the ability to hear sounds clearly— it also places strain on the brain and can impact higher-level cognitive function.
In this presentation, you will learn about healthy hearing, ways to protect your hearing, and the consequences of untreated hearing loss, including its documented link to cognitive decline.
FREE EVENT. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
*A complimentary hearing screening will be offered following the presentation.
