As spring arrives, this back-by-popular-demand session helps you build momentum and consistency in your brain-healthy routines. Led live online by Dr. Michelle Braun, nationally known brain health expert and author of High-Octane Brain, with onsite facilitation by Jen Graf, Senior Director of Cognitive Health.

This session focuses on the science of “habit stacking” to help achieve your health goals. You will learn socially-based cognitive exercises that target common frustrations like losing your train of thought or searching for words—while enjoying meaningful connection with others. The session includes guided discussion, Q&A, a seasonal brain-healthy recipe, and outcomes that matter—100% of previous participants reported improved memory.

Open to any interested resident or community member
