Free to members and residents\, just bring your insurance card. \nWorkshop Details: \nPeople begin losing their strength in their 30s. However\, people in their 70s can become stronger than they were in their 50s by following some simple tactics. You’ll learn how to become stronger with your own body weight so you can tackle anything life throws your way! \nBalance \nOur balance unfortunately deteriorates faster from one decade to the next. We will make this a primary focus as balance can be relearned along with the confidence it brings! \nJoint Stability & Mobility \nWe’ll ensure you have fluid range of motion in your joints so we can preserve the health and longevity of our biggest joints in our body! \n  \nEvery Monday \n12:30pm \nVillage on the Square – Community Room \n  \nRegistration required. Please RSVP to Monica in the Wellness Connection or by email: mwildt@threepillars.org Please bring insurance card for entry. \n
