The presentation begins promptly at 12:30pm in the community room. \nAbout the Speaker \nIt was the 1961 NFL Championship Game that first caught Jim’s attention. In that game\, a team from Green Bay\, Wisconsin annihilated the New York Giants 37-0. From that point on\, Jim\, a New York native\, kept a close eye on the Packers and the New York Yankees as his love of sports history began. A graduate of Marquette University\, Jim lives in Wisconsin\, and he enjoyed a career as a history teacher\, principal\, and school superintendent before he began writing/speaking about the Packers. \nSpace is limited — register today to reserve your seat!\n(Registration closes Thursday\, September 3) \nResidents – please sign up in the portal. \nMenu ~  \nSummer Street Corn Salad – With tomato\, lime\, and Cotija cheese. \nPork and Hominy Enchiladas – Shredded pork shoulder with tomatillos and white hominy; rolled into flour tortillas and topped with mild chile sauce.
