DESCRIPTION:Core Strength and Balance Class \nPresented by:  Orange Shoe Fitness of Pewaukee \nJoin Courtney from Orange shoe fitness of Pewaukee for a 30-minute workshop focused on improving your core strength and balance. Free to members and residents\, just bring your insurance card. \nWorkshop Details: \nPeople begin losing their strength in their 30s. However\, people in their 70s can become stronger than they were in their 50s by following some simple tactics. In this 6-Week program we’ll focus on: \nBody Weight Strength \nThe best machine you’ll ever use is your own body! You’ll learn how to become stronger with your own body weight so you can tackle anything life throws your way! \nBalance \nOur balance unfortunately deteriorates faster from one decade to the next. We will make this a primary focus as balance can be relearned along with the confidence it brings! \nJoint Stability & Mobility \nWe’ll ensure you have fluid range of motion in your joints so we can preserve the health and longevity of our biggest joints in our body! \n  \nEvery Monday \n12:30pm \nVillage on the Square – Community Room \n  \nRegistration required. This presentation explores how a thoughtfully crafted Health Care Power of Attorney empowers you to guide your future medical care with clarity and confidence. \nYou’ll learn the essential steps to creating a Health Care Power of Attorney\, including how to identify and choose the right person to serve as your decision-maker—someone who can honor your values and wishes if you are unable to speak for yourself. \nIf you already have a Health Care Power of Attorney in place\, this session will also explain when the document becomes active and the important responsibilities and authority your chosen agent may carry out on your behalf. \nParticipants will leave with a clear understanding of how this vital document helps protect their preferences and supports their overall well-being. \nSpeaker Bio \nMatthew Grover\, Intake Coordinator and Marketing Liaison for By Your Side Care Management\, studied Organizational Communication and Sociology at the University of Missouri. Their career began in public health and later transitioned to community organizing\, with a strong focus on grassroots advocacy and education.
