Ever wonder why it is so hard to start-or stop-a habit? This session will explore what science tells us about how habits form in the brain, and how we can use that knowledge to build better routines for health, happiness and memory. We will learn about the “habit loop,” discover simple strategies that make new behaviors stick and practice real-life examples from improving sleep to remembering daily medications.
