  • 2016
    • Management and the Wisconsin Masonic Home Board of Directors launch the development of long-term planning for future strategic initiatives to meet the needs of older adults in our community.
    • It's a milestone year for many of Three Pillars' communities. Village on the Square Independent Living celebrates its 25th anniversary, Compass Point Catered Assisted Living acknowledges its 10th, and Hickory Suites Rehabilitation and the Wellness Connection commemorate their 5th.
    • The Dousman campus adds a brand new, scenic, outdoor addition: The Tribute Path. Located near Compass Point and leading down to the Memorial Garden along the Bark River, the beautiful path serves as an area of recognition and remembrance with engraved tribute bricks and benches to memorialize and honor loved ones.
    • The first graduating class of eight achieve their Certified Nursing Assistant credentials after a rigorous 10-week accelerated training course hosted at Three Pillars in partnership with Waukesha County Technical College. The pilot CNA class consisted of 120 hours of coursework and two clinical rotations, with all tuition fees covered by Three Pillars in an effort to aid the national shortage of CNAs in the healthcare industry.
  • 2017
    • Three Pillars partners with LindenGrove Communities for rehabilitation therapist services at Hickory Suites, our hospitality-based short-term rehabilitation facility.
    • A wedding is officiated on campus between two residents who met at Three Pillars
    • Haunted Halloween Woods, the beloved, free, family-friendly trick-or-treat event at the Dousman campus, celebrates its 25th anniversary.
    • Our first Love Lights Tree is illuminated with 322 individual lights and 47 strands shining in honor or memory of loved ones.
  • 2018
    • It's Never 2 Late (iN2L), a state-of-the-art person-centered technology platform for older adults, launches at Three Pillars. Packaged as a portable, all-in-one rolling unit, its large, colorful, picture-based touch screen interface allows users to easily participate in a variety of engaging, educational, spiritual, and personalized content in an accessible format.
    • LeadingAge, a national nonprofit organization, selects Three Pillars as recipient of the National 2018-19 Excellence in the Workplace Award.
  • 2019
    • Fitch Ratings, a leading rating agency nationally recognized by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, affirmed their "A" rating of Three Pillars, reflecting the organization's "strong financial position." At this time, Three Pillars remains the only "A" rated senior living community in Wisconsin. 
    • A Trishaw bike is ordered through the Cycling Without Age program for use at the Dousman campus, thanks to generous donations from our 2018 Love Lights program.
    • In April, Three Pillars hosts our first ever Fundraising Gala, An Evening of Music & Memories, at the Marriott Milwaukee West. The event sees 230 attendees representing a wide range from grateful families to business partners to community members. The gala raises in excess of $30,000 to be donated towards the implementation of a dementia-friendly community.
    • Three Pillars' fifth annual lip syncing music video celebrating Older Americans Month wins Honorable Mention at the Kettle Moraine Film Festival.
    • McKnight's Senior Living, a national media brand, selects Three Pillars as recipient of the 2019 Excellence in Technology Award for their Keep it Super Simple category, celebrating our digital display communication screens.
