Campus Renovation & Expansion

Opening Summer 2022

We consistently look for ways to provide our current and future residents and staff with industry leading high-quality care, programming, and accommodations.

Starting in March 2021 we will begin renovation of a majority of the Masonic Center for Health and Rehab (MCHR).

Once this renovation is complete, our Health Care Center will provide 36 long-term care private rooms with private bathrooms, in addition to our short-term rehab unit, Hickory Suites (HS)

This resize from the current capacity of 70 rooms has enough space to incorporate more intimate dining and living spaces that help ensure we provide the very best safe, person-centered, and dignified care for years to come.

By completing the renovation in phases, we ensure that all residents will remain at MCHR during and after the project.

At the same time, we will expand Riverside Lodge (RSL) with the addition of 52 new CBRF Assisted Living units. Once this addition is complete, our campus will be home to 69 higher level assisted living units with occupancy for 75 individuals.

RSL will continue serving our residents in memory care—offering 17 care suites in a Memory Care neighborhood and Compass Point will continue to offer Catered Assisted Living in an apartment setting.
