Three Pillars Wellness Connection

We offer specialized programming and equipment exclusively designed around the functional fitness and total wellness for active adults age 55 and up. Our Purpose: Clients of Three Pillars have long enjoyed the highest standards in housing and services. The Wellness Connection broadens our reach, allowing older adults from across the area to take part in programs and services which help to enhance their quality of life.


Current Programming Includes:

Monday - Thursday:  5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.     Friday:  5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday:  6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
