Certified Nursing Assistants

Shift/Status: • 2nd Shift Limited Part Time • All shifts/pool
Qualifications: Assist elderly residents with activities of daily living in our assisted living, short term rehab and long term care/skilled facilities. We have a caring family environment with a philosophy of "aging with dignity". Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, move patients, or change linens. Must be 18 or older. Must have at least 6 months previous CNA or Caregiver experience within a facility and hold a valid CNA certification.
Service Associate
Location: Riverside Lodge
Shift/Status: 1st/3rd shift Limited Part time – weekend only • 2nd shift - Part time • All Shifts/Pool

Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Health Care Center
Shift/Status: 1st Shift - Regular Part Time • 2nd shift - Regular Part Time
Qualifications: Provide nursing care to Masonic Center for Health & Rehab residents in accordance with their Plan of Care following established policies and procedures, in order to meet the physical, social and emotional needs of residents. Assess progress and report significant changes in condition. Assist the physician in giving meaningful medical attention and care to all residents in a friendly atmosphere. Must possess a valid WI LPN License.
Concierge
Location: Village on the Square/Compass Point
Shift/Status: 1st shift – Regular Part Time
Qualifications: We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to coordinate time and lifestyle management services to Three Pillars residents and staff, utilizing quality customer service skills. Provide limited clerical and receptionist support for Village on the Square and Compass Point residents and staff. Must possess some prior recent office experience and must be proficient in MS Office.
Housekeeper
Location: All Locations
Shift/Status: 1st shift – Full Time
Qualifications: Three Pillars is looking for a friendly and self-motivated individual that will be responsible for the cleanliness of resident rooms, staff offices and common areas. Other duties would be to assist with cleaning and set up of the dining room and laundry distribution. Must be able to work occasional weekends.
Housekeeper/Laundry
Location: All Locations
Shift/Status: 1st shift – Part Time
Qualifications: Our Environmental Services department is seeking an additional team member that will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms and other commons areas. Some experience with carpet cleaning, floor stripping and finishing and utilization of a deep scrubber is required. Must be able to work occasional weekends.
Social Work Assistant
Location: Health Care Center
Shift/Status: 1st shift – Part Time
Qualifications: Three Pillars is looking for a highly motivated, organized individual to support our Social Worker. Primary responsibilities would be to maintain Social Work records and documentation in compliance with State and Federal regulations. Associates degree in Human Services or 5 year of related experience in a human services field. Valid driver's license.
