Basic Plan Includes...

• Two Meals Per Day: Choice of two meals per day - Breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It does not have to be the same meals each day.
• Weekly Apartment Housekeeping and Trash Removal: Complete cleaning of the apartment by a trained housekeeper. Includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and trash removal.
• Utilities: Electricity, gas, water, and sewer; plus telephone and basic cable.
• Access to Wellness Clinic: Opportunity to visit with the Wellness Nurse to address health related issues — Monday thru Friday by appointment.
• 24-Hour Call Response: The emergency call device located in the room will be answered by a staff person if activated.
• 24-Hour Call Security: Staff monitor the building at all times; Certain entrance doors are locked during evening hours.
• Social, Educational, Recreational, and Community Events: These activities/events are planned on a monthly basis, and all residents are welcome to attend and participate. Some activities/events may have an additional charge.
• Pastoral Services: Weekly religious services as well as special seasonal services, memorial services, pastoral counseling and support.
• Social Services Support: Emotional and psychosocial counseling. A resource for senior and community services. Assists with move-ins and move-outs.
• Priority Access to Higher Levels of Care: Individuals living on the Three Pillars campus will receive priority on the waiting list of any other facility on campus. This is based on bed availability at other facilities.
• Transportation to Campus Activities: Transportation to other events and activities on the Three Pillars campus.
• Apartment Set-Up: Maintenance staff will provide two hours of assistance during move-in. This will include hanging pictures, arranging furniture, etc.
• Maintenance of Apartment & Grounds: Staff will maintain and repair all areas, fixtures, furniture, and appliances that are property of the Three Pillars.

Basic Plus Includes...

• All services included in the Basic Plan.
• Medication Supervision: and/or Assistance Up to THREE Times Daily by Compass Point Staff: Not to exceed 30 minutes daily. — Excludes diabetic management. — Additional charge for pill box fill.

Expanded Service Plan Includes...

• All services included in the Basic Plan.
• Up to 45 minutes of Personal Care/Living Assistance to Include: Medication Supervision (excludes insulin dependent diabetic.) — ADL supervision with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene needs. — Laundry Service (assistance with bed linens/towels and remaking of bed weekly.) — Shower/bath assistance once a week. — Reminders to meals, activities, and appointments within facility. — Wellness check with licensed staff weekly as needed.

Complete Service Plan Includes...

• All services included in the Basic Plan.
• Up to 75 minutes of Personal Care/Living Assistance to Include: — Medication supervision/assistance (includes diabetic management.) — ADL assistance with dressing, grooming and personal hygiene needs — Laundry Service (includes personal laundry, bed linens/towels done weekly.) — Shower/bath assistance twice a week. — Escorts to meals, activities, and appointments within facility. — Wellness check with licensed staff twice weekly as needed. — Individually assigned emergency pendant. — Three meals daily. — Light housekeeping (Monday through Friday).

Additional personal care and other services are available.
